The prices displayed on our site are tax-free.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office ( we advise that you check with your country customs if that is the case ).

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and cannot be covered by us. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition you received it. Return postage is paid by you and we suggest you return it using trackable service ( eg registered post ) to ensure we receive it. We are unable to issue a refund or exchange if the item does not reach us within 30 days of your purchase date.
